Family Constellations at The Elements Retreat

The Elements is an adult only, alcohol free retreat.

Set exclusively at Candleston Woods, a 100 acre wood just one mile from the sandy South Welsh beaches of Merthyr Mawr and Ogmore

​ Our three night camping ticket gives you a pitch situated amongst the trees of the sand-based woodland (meaning mud and welly-free times, even if it rains - which it won't!) The camp site is car-free for a fully immersive experience in nature.

If you would prefer to leave the tent at home and enjoy a pre-made Bell Tent with a comfy bed, then we will have these to hire soon - both private and shared tents are available.

To ensure an intimate experience, we have limited tickets available. Tickets are for Adults only; this child-free zone is for parents to truly step back and focus on their own individual needs; 72 hours of freedom to be you.

Your ticket gives you access to all of the activities and workshops across the weekend.

The Elements Retreat is an alcohol-free and sober retreat.  We want you to find stillness and peace amongst like-minded souls; allowing you to enjoy the beauty of nature, community and experiences without alcohol.

We have a hand-picked team of therapists, practitioners, and healers available all weekend for private treatments. Enjoy a deep tissue healing massage, aromatherapy, hypnotherapy, card readings, mentoring sessions, and much more.

The Elements Retreat is an opportunity to surround yourself with heart-led facilitators who offer an abundance of wisdom and knowledge, along with decades of experience and a strong duty of care. ​
